Why isn't my settings button working for Windows 10080 build in Lumia 730?

Settings button not working for Windows 10080 build in Lumia 730

Hi,
I am from India, and I upgraded my Lumia 730 to the latest Windows 'fast' Insider Program with build 10080. Since then I am facing the following issues:

1. Settings button not working. I tried it from Home Screen shortcut, All apps menu and also from the Action Centre.

2. People app not working. It is not at all opening.

3. FM Radio not playing. It is not able to search for new FM Stations.

I do not know whether these issues are there in other upgraded Lumia Mobiles or not. But, Lumia 730 is having these issues, along with other small problems. I have already used the previous two builds of Win 10. So, its not an issue that Win 10 would not work in Lumia730.

Please suggest how to get rid of these issues, specially the first two as they are basic basic needs to explore a mobile phone.
I tried Soft Reset by pressing Volume Down Button + Lock Screen Button, but it didn't work.

This is problem what happened during the install so hard reset your phone or roll back (and try again).

how do you hard reset the phone if you cant access the settings?

my settings tile is greyed out and also does not work from any location.
