Still showing update 10.0.12562.84 as update

I installed the insider app to get the 8.1 update 2 and it has been pestering me to install 10080. Now that 10136 is out I thought it would show that as the available update, but it is still showing 10080. Is there a way to force it to check again without having to reset my phone?

I'm assuming you're having the same problem as some people that were prompted to download 10080 before 10136 was released. Gabe said via Twitter there's no way to clear a download from the queue. The only solution is to factory reset to force download of the newer update.

Is there a thread to teach us how to do that?

Never found any way to do this but i would advise you to make a save of your phone then hard reset it without restoring then update to the newest build that will come out next week and then hard reset and restore your save.

Note that if you restore before your save will disappear for future, i have no idea why this happen at all and i think it is very strange that a backup has to be deleted after being used!!!

To hard reset just look for Hard reset Lumia phone on Bing :amaze:

I just tried to turn off my phone while plug in. And this time it managed to restore it back to WP8.1

Thx. Next I will try to update to Windows 10 mobile again. Hope this time can get the latest version.
