No Text Message Backup in Build 10136?

I recently loaded Build 10136 unto my Lumia 928. I am trying to find a way to restore text messages. The most obvious place to look for the backup option was in the "Update & security" section of Settings. I did not see anything. I clicked on the link "How do I back up photos and texts?" and the one titled "More options," but neither had the option for backing up texts.

This isn't a huge problem as I don't need the texts, but for many people who migrate to Windows 10 mobile from Windows Phone 8.1 this could present an issue.

Any thoughts? Did I look in the wrong place?

I just found it, launch the messaging app, tap the ... and go to settings.
Actually that takes you to the real place which is Settings, System, Messaging.
