How to remove windows insider preview download which is already showing download in windows phone?

I registered for insider program and got an update for WP10 Tech preview. But i dont want to update now. How to cancel the download and in future while i am scanning for updates i dont want to get that. What should i do now? Is there any way to do so?

Only way is to hard reset or use Windows Phone Recovery Tool.
If you don't want the WP10 previews don't install the Windows Insider app.
