Live folders disappearing in newest build

Had the problem on last build that live folders disappeared - but the apps were still listed as pinned in the app list. recreation of live folders with two new apps recreated the live folders one by one but removed the name. So a new live folder got the same ID and content as the first ever created one and so on. With the last build I caused this by exiting the App Corner.
Have the same issue now even though the app corner was not the trigger but a simply restart.
Unfortunately I cant recreate folders to trigger live folders generation because they don't start to group.
Anyone have similar issues or knows a fix other than a hard reset

In the last build before this recent build, live folders where somewhat useless, they where so closely packed you find it difficult to read what's contained in the tiles
