Text suggestions didn't download successfully

I added a new language to the Keyboard (Spanish), but I permanently get a message saying: "Attention Required". When I tap on it, I get a message saying: "The text suggestions update for this keyboard didn't download successfully". I hit reply and the cycle repeats. It's been like that for days now. Has anybody been able to add new languages (Spanish in particular)?

Im having the same issue but with downloading the portuguese keyboard. Tried eveything and no solution yet.

Try to uninstall Insider app, reinstall, re-sign, re-subscribe to fast ring and try again, and don't forget to keep us informed if it helps or not

Thanks a LOT Teo! It worked for me.
I have made a hard reset on my W10M and in this case I have not had the Windows Insider app installed. After I installed it and signed up for fast ring I was able to install Croatian language text sugestions.

I'm now enjoying my new smart keyboard. Thanks again!

i am having the same problem on my 730 windows 8.1 .. i am trying to download US keyboard .. but its taking forever i have reset my phone ..

Tried different settings in Insider Preview app but this just doesn't want to happen. How on earth does this get broken anyway?

I had the same problem on my Lumia 640 LTE after updating to 10.0.10586.1xx. My first solution was to revert to 8.1 by WDRT, installed the keyboard, and updated to the lastest OS. My second solution was to hard reset after updating to 10 and I was able to insatll the keyboard. Either way worked for me.
