I'm sorry, but if you can't even figure this out, then the insider program is not for you, and I strongly advise you to get off before you stress yourself out over it.

To answer the question though, download any weather app, or use Mirosofts own weather app, then head to the lockscreen settings and choose the app for the lockscreen.

I cant, its missing from the "app for lockscreen" dropdown menu. I used to have it in 8.1 at lock and glance, but its not working now, so I guess its still not implemented in WP10.
Unless its possible to have it if you come from 8.1 and not doing a hard reset, anyone confirms, as I did a hard reset.

Same, weather app is not available to select within the lockscreen settings.
