Why my lockscreen error?

i have been installed windows 10 build 10149 and then i'll try to make a pin, but the lockscreen is not recognize, and then i'll try to remove the pin, and i think it works, but after that my phone is asking a pin, when i entered the pin it wont open, so now my phone is locked forever, is anyone know how to fix it??
