Why can't I unlock my phone, how can I recover my password?

Can?t unlock phone

Hi. I?m using a lumia 640 xl running the latest WP10 preview, since today i can?t unlock the phone anymore. I?ve tried to unlock it via the settings button too but that didn?t help. I can insert my password but when i do nothing happens. Please help.

after putting in your PIN maybe hit the start button?

Could you tell, what W10 version?
There W10 version have bug that long delay when unlock phone.
I suggest you to go back to 8.1

There are plenty backed up automatically if you turn on its option.
