Photos app bug

Is it only in my case? After I click a picture or take a screenshot, I have to go back to the Photos app and wait for it to load the pic and then send.
Otherwise I cant view the pic through any app like messenger, WhatsApp, etc.

Same issue here sometimes it gets stuck and won't load any of my images and a few days later it corrects itself

It just doesn't load the photo itself as it used to happen in 8.1! I hope that its a bug else the photos app is just a disaster!

The OneDrive sync also is not working fast enough...not sure the frequency or trigger.
I wondered if I could force it but I can't, uploads seem to be random times after the photos were taken.
