Installation Issue in Windows 10 Mobile!!!

I'm updating my Nokia Lumia 625 phone from Windows 10 Mobile build 10080 to 10149 as a fast ring user. I already downloaded the update OS files on my phone and it showed me preparing to install. But when I restarted it to get the new build as live, I'm only seeing the setup cogs are running and running. No progress of installation. Time is passing and when I'm posting this, it's already 4 hours it's installing...

What should I do now?
And if I can't do anything, how can I cancel the setup process to run my phone at least?

Be patient. Wait a few more hours. If nothing happens still, it may be a sign of that rather annoying update bug present in Build 10080.
To rectify it, roll your phone back to Windows Phone 8.1 (by using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool you can download onto your PC for free), then jump forward to Build 10149.
