Family Share?

I did a forum search but couldn't find the answer. Hopefully someone here can shed some light for me.

Is there a family-share in windows 10 mobile? So that my family can share apps without having to use the same MS Account on all the phones. If not, is there at least an option to add another MS account to the store like you can in windows 8.1 desktop (does that option still exist in Win10 desktop)?

I'm in the same situation. My wife and I have 925's and use family room daily. Who else can we ask?

Good question ryaoni. I thought this was the best place to ask. Seems odd there wont be any solution.
