Can't access MS account in 10166??? Any Solution?

In Accounts>Your account when opened says, just a moment & that moment never came.... So i basically can't have my contacts & text messages back. Is there a solution or how can i login to my account?

Hi, try this: go to Outlook mail app ->click menu (left top)-> settings (right bottom wheel sign)-> accounts->add account where you have your contacts and msgs. back ups (microsoft acc.) This worked for me:wink:

Another solution is to open store and initiate an application download...which asks to sign in to MS account and complete the secondary steps
