How to make my lumia 720 OS back to win 8.1 from win 10 ?

I upgraded my lumia from win 8.1 to win 10 by windows insider app-INSIDER FAST
But apps are crashing..phone is hanging all the time
MS OFFICE is MISSING
Many APPS ARE NOT opening like MUSIC..
So i want to get my phone back to win 8.1 untill any stable and comfortable version/upgrade of win 10 comes...pls help me...i badly need it...

But you should have checked how to do a roll back before you installed the W10 TP so you would have know that the too worked etc. Anyhow good luck.

Just download the "Windows Device recovery tool" connect your phone & choose reinstall make sure you do a full backup of apps etc first.

It's worth hard resetting the phone while on 10 first.
