Home Screen Scrolling Pause

Probably been addressed before and maybe I'm searching wrong...

Today went from using WP10 on my backup phone to my main phone - the build is excellent.

However - - Is there anyway to turn off the maddening scroll lock that happens on the home screen - where on 8.1 if I flicked fast enough I could easily go from top to bottom, but now, WP10 insists on giving me the home screen scroll in what it determines are bite sized chunks?

Makes it a pain in the rear to get to a less frequently used app at the bottom of the screen.

I really don't see the need for this "feature" - at a minimum it would be nice if you could toggle it off.

Any thoughts? Is there a topic for this on the feature suggestions? If so, I'd give it +1020

Same issue as with previous build, not sure if it is feature or bug but it is really annoying and to make it even worse I'm afraid there is nothing you can do except providing feedback through insider hub or vote on some already submitted...
