Mobile data not working on lumia 520 after installing windows 10 tech. preview build 10149

I updated my lumia 520 from wp8.1 to build 10149 today and it is running quite good but I am unable to use mobile data. I can switch it on but the phone is not using any data. Is there any way around it??

Two things first, build 10149 was horrible on my 520, I had to use WRT and go back to 8.1.
I'm running 10166 and it works good.
Second, if you did a hard reset you may have lost your APN settings. I always have to reinput my setting because I'm on Consumer Cellular.
If you go into Setting>Network>Cellular turn it on, select SIM>Properties and scroll down to
Internet APN, are there any settings?
Who is your phone company?
