i have heard that windows 10 mobile will be launch in november is it true ?

It hasn't been announced.
It is rumoured to be October / November time, but that is all.

It's usable on my Lumia 625, but it's still buggy.

I haven't installed it on my daily Lumia 930, as WP8.1 runs smooth on it.
It's ok to try but in my opinion not ready as a daily driver.
Others may disagree though.

so in ur opinion should i wait for official launch bcz i m using 8.1 n using lumia 535 daily use.

Unless your happy to recover the phone back to WP8.1 and don't mind reinstalling apps.
I personally wouldn't install it, but it's up to you.
It's not terrible by any means.
Just expect glitches and maybe the odd thing not too work.

i have installed it 2 times but rollback to 8.1 bcz w10 is not stable and uses much more data so i have rolled back but i m excited about w10 and hoping to get pretty soon n hope that they launch it pretty soon.
