Lumia 820 not charging after winows 10 upgrade
Hi everyone,
I upgraded to windows 10 today on my lumia 820. after installation i found phone to be heated so i switched it off and let it cool down. when i started i noticed that my battery was only 15% and draining extremely rapidly even though i connected the charger it kept draining and phone shutdown.
I kept it charging for 2 hours and after several attempts mobile finally started but still it was on 10% only and once started again batter drained in 5 mins while charging was on.Again after 2 hours now it is on 10% and draining.
Feels terrible.
I have tried soft reset and hard reset both.
I have also removed the memory card.
Does anyone please have any solution to this?
