No Mobile Hotspot in 10512

When I click and hold Mobile Hotspot a popup appears saying

Search for app in the Store?
You need to install an app for this task. Would you like to search for one in the Store?

I click YES and the result is

Your search for "ms-settings-mobilehotspot" returned no results

Any idea ?

I think it`s a bug. I`ve seen many complaints about this today.

That popup when you click and hold the mobile hotspot is on 10166 too... The "no hotspot in 10512" situation is holding me from upgrading!

But the release notes says that the connecting devices wouldn't get an IP address, can someone in 10512 check if you can start a mobile hotspot and join using a static ip (ip auto-assigned is in the 192.168.137.xxx range, gateway 192.168.137.1 at least for me)? You can connect to the network? Internet? The phone counts the number of clients (if not, it would shutdown the hotspot in a few minutes)?

You can share the internet connection through Bluetooth?
