Windows 10 mobile, cant get past the lock screen
Hi all, Ive seen this thread topic a few times so far but havent seen anyone able to solve the problem.
On my windows 10 mobile. 10166, I'm stuck at the lockscreen. whenever I type in my pin it allows me to basically enter an unlimited amount of numbers without ever giving me an accept or a reject message. If i leave the screen alone after entering my pin it just goes to the peek screen ( the black and white screen) I've done a soft reset and powered the device on and off quite a few times now but that hasn't solved the problem. does a solution for this exist?
