Lumia 920 bootloop

I updated my Lumia 520 months ago to Windows Mobile 10 to no problem. Today I upgraded to Windows 10 Mobile on my Lumia 920 and it's stuck in a bootloop. I don't know what to do. I boot it up, it displays NOKIA, then the ATT flashes and abruptly disappears to the updating cogs, except they don't make any progress, and the phone after a few minutes just turns itself off. It seems I bricked my phone?

Download the windows phone recovery tool and downgrade back to 8.1

Try the following. In WPRT select Phone not detected, Lumia. Restart the phone while connected via USB. After Nokia logo disappears WPRT usually manages to detect the phone and flash it with the 8.1 FW.

I tried this, it doesn't download the update, it fails. WPRT says it can't connect to the server.
