mobile data not working on build 10512

i upgraded my L730 dual sim to w10tp build 10512. did a hard reset without restoring and now i couldnt connect to mobile data. is there a solution available. has this been faced by anyone else??

Ive had the same on my L1020 on Three UK. Phone and text is fine, WIFI fine but mobile data is a nono. If I use the browser I get a message from three asking if im using my phone as a mobile hotspot... which im not. Rolled back to 8.1 Useless having a mobile with no mobile data. Unsure if its an issue with Three or the build.
