updates are stuck in the store

Since 6 days the store is unable to download any app updates and they have been piling up now. 17 updates waiting. :-/

Tried:
- reboot
- change region
- logout/login from store
- cancel the download and then search for updates again

Lumia 930: 10512

now did a factory reset (which I also did after installing 10512 on top of 8.1)
now the store has 64 apps to update and the download is working

Have the same issue.

After doing the factory reset, did you restore the app state from backup or started fresh please?

I had this issue on my Lumia 822, the only solution that worked for me was to do reset the phone entirely.

Did you have side loaded android apps? I had the same problem and uninstalling all android apps fixed it for me.

That was it.

I did not have any Android apps but had Word Preview, Powerpoint Preview and Excel Preview. Had to uninstall one by one and reboot in between but once done all apps started updated automatically.

I think the Office apps are the same on Android and Windows Mobile....
