Popular apps, and some 3rd party are even better than the official ones, have improved a lot within the OS but are far from perfect, if compared to other platforms. Are they going to get any better?

Windows 10 SDK would be constantly updated till RTM so expect some delay till Devs actually start working on optimizing their apps.

You're completely right. Really hoping it won't take too long, there is a lot to improve. Thanks again.

MS is doing its best to lead the devs to the new and improved tools, but they cant make them "drink" metaphorically.

So its likely things will look up, but eh.

I think with the universal apps strategy, developers will be more interested in bringing their apps to Windows 10.

Perhaps they wont even bother, and it will take a year or so?. What incentive do they have i guess?.
