Windows phone recovery tool not working?

Hi.

I have used wp10m on 920 and now 830, everytime i tried to use the wprt i have got errors so it hasent worked. but the program that does work everytime is Nokia software update for retail.

I has previously used Nokia recovery but two days ago it made me mandtory update to windows recover tool 2.0.1.2 and it works very well, only thing is now the Nokia one says sorry your phones not compatible must use Microsoft recovery tool?
