Hi there Windows Central team.

Just installed the Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview on my HTC One M8, and here are some screenshots. In the other side, I'm having problems with the HTC Dot View app, so I need to know how to uninstall it. (Will explain why below).

LTE Not Working / Hotspot Now is Working

Well, at least with my carrier and my phone, the LTE is not available. However hotspot works great.

Music and other MS apps are working great

A few improvements for the apps.. and Storage

HTC Dot View Problems

Well, here's the thing. There's no available options to Activate/Deactivate the HTC Dot View (yes, the app is installed).

And then, if i close the HTC Dot View cover, nothing happen.. oh wait.. there's an annoying yellow line in the screen when I open the cover.

The worst.. there's no way to uninstall the app (the trick of the year is not working anymore) and you can only get rid of it with a power cycle.. (remember if you close the Dot View.. the yellow square will be there again).

So, if someone knows how to unistall the HTC Dot View app in the build (or maybe.. know how to fix the problem.. don't think so), please let me know.

I have the same problem with HTC Dot View. The only difference is that I have the app installed and I can see it on the "extra settings", but nevertheless, the yellow line appears with the HTC Dot View on and off.
Please, a fix for it.
Regards,
Roberto

Does you're Mobile Hotspot continue working after the screen blanks? It cuts out on my 920 and I can't see how to change that behavior. It did not used to do that and still doesn't on my 1520 running 8.1

Go to storage then go to the place where the app is installed (phone or SD card), then apps and games, there you'll find it. Click on it, then uninstall. That should do it. I don't have an M8 so I don't know if it will work.

Hi Ma Rio.

Thanks for the answer! unfortunately I tried that, but the HTC Dot View app is not in the list (Not even in the 8.1.1).

Regards!
