Same here. My lumia 535DS were left with wifi all night long ,and when I woke up and checked its still at 0%, what the hell??
My internet download speed is 2mbps down, not fast, but for 6 hours it could at least do something right?

Hey guys, I had same issue with 0% for over 15 hours.... then i randomly start swiping up&down on that screen where it shows downloading process (0%!), and suddenly my lumia asked me to reboot to finish process. Now Im on the last build! Try that, maybe it was just a coincidence, but for me it was like a crash/hang up which just required awake.

It has nothing to do with patience lol. I waited for a whole bloody day but it stayed at 0%. Reverted to 8.1 and then got 10536.1004. This seems to be the best resolve to this.

I suppose the progress bar didn't work properly. On my 640XL it jumped straight to 60% from 0%.... After an hour or so I think...

This is really a test for our patients... Well, apart from the long wait between every new builds...

I did the same thing with my 1320. Smooth sailing after that.

Went straight on with my XL and our other 640's. Starting to feel like it's not far off now. Sounds like you may have a corrupt download. Does your phone say downloading or preparing to install? Phone recovery installed on my PC without any issues on 10 and 8.1.

You will probably need recovery to restore. Do you have another PC to try it on??

Just re-read your first post. I think you may have internet issues. A hash problem indicates a corrupt D/L of recovery. I guess you've tried D/L again??
