Latest release still very buggy for me

I started with 10512 release on Lumia 640, I have performed hard reset, soft reset and these issues still persist.
On 10536, the lock screen with PIN will not appear (Ican't lock, secure my phone), ALL apps are laggy when launching,
Glance screen shows messages even after they've been read/deleted.
Bluetooth will no longer pairs correctly with my Alpine radio, I use to get voice text with reply capabilities. Audio drops out randomly.
When attempting to attach photos/videos via Share, message apps crash first few times

After all I have read, I was under the impression we were much closer to RC?
Again, this last time, I started fresh, hard reset, did not restore from previous back up.

Then restore the phone with the WDRT and upgrade again.

when I had my 920, it had issues that a hard reset wouldn't fix, a trip to the recovery tool fixed them.

That seems to have done the trick so far. Thanks for the recommendation.
