How is the latest windows 10 mobile build on the 1520?

I am using a 1520 and I am currently at a dilemma on whether to update it to the current windows 10 build from 8.1 so I really need some opinions and help here

Don't know about the 1520, but on my 930 it was almost unusable. Rolled back to 8.1. I would wait a bit longer if I was you

I've been currently running it for just shy of two weeks and the more I use it the more I like it. That's not to say it's without issues but that's kind of expected.

I have been using Window 10 Mobile Preview on my Lumia 1520 for about 1 month. It is really buggy, but I don't have a PC to roll back, I am on a mac. So I deal with it. The battery drain is pretty bad, the apps crash and the phone runs really hot. That being said, I do like the layout and the potential of the new OS more than 8.1. Just not ready for primetime. Still hoping for a fast ring release this week to improve stability.

I am leery about installing on my 1520 because of the Cortana issues I've read about and also the band connection issues as well. Any further update on those issues would be appreciated

Total rubbish on my 1520 as well: apps keep crashing or stall, heavily plagued by missing homescreen and always showing "loading...", overheating & battery drain etc.
Stay away with your primary device from it!
