touch setting on 10572

I'm running the build 10572 on my 930 and I notice that I can't open touch setting to enable double tap to wake and high screen sensitivity
it was working on 10536 so it's quite a bummer not to have it now

anyone have the same problem, or maybe any of you don't get this bug?

You might have to go back to WP8.1, then make sure the setting works and upgrade back to 10. I had to do that to get glance etc. working. Or just wait a few days for the next build and see if that sorts it out.
