Unified inbox and People App

Am I missing something or is unified inbox still not a thing in WM10? I really want to try giving it a day to day use test but it still seems to miss some key features.

Also anyone have any ideas why all my contact pics besides like 4 are gone in win10 but show up if I roll back to 8.1?
