So yesterday I was doing some dev work on my phone and was about to deploy an app on my phone (L635, W10M 10581) and I ran into an issue.
While the Windows Device Recovery Tool recognises my phone, the App deployment tool and the Dev registration tool don't recognise it. I've tried 3 or 4 USB cables in my house and no luck.
Also I thought it would be worth mentioning that yesterday I ran into the same issue and reverted to 8.1 and the issue was fixed. I then went back to W10M and the issue was still fixed. It was only when I restored my phone from a backup that the issue returned. Should I consider starting afresh with my phone? Thanks
