Is W10M Build 10586 really the RTM build?

Installed the build on L720 and its not as fast and stable as 8.1.. Yes it is for 1gb with quad core phones but old phones are running w10 bad.. System apps still take time to load(shows 'loading'), phone freezes sometimes, store freezes sometimes, glance not available, phone stutters while using with music playing in background.. Is it going to be the same with official release or we'll get 1-2 builds/small updates before official?? Or should i start saving to buy a new WP? :p

The experience of other users of the L720 with build 10586 are all not good. Nonetheless, the users of other phone models (1320, 1020, 1520,...) are positive.

Whether or not 10586 is RTM build, a lot differ in opinion. But, by definition, it's the build that came with the Lumia 950 which has recently been released. What does that mean?

Whether it'll be the same with the official released can't be determined with certainty at this point. Chances are it won't be the same, but only with minor changes. In line with that, if you're after a better experience with Windows 10 Mobile, buying a new phone (especially one that has it running already straight from the manufacturer) would be highly recommended.

The main poin is only one: will next win mobile build SCALABLE?
Will it adapt itself to many hardware configurations, from 520 best seller entry level to the boss 950XL, same as dektop big sister Win10 ?

10586.11 is the RTM for the Lumia 950's but for those who will upgrade from 8.1 will have a different release build. It could come with the next Windows 10 update or Redstone.

It depends what you call RTM. Lets say first wave of old phones are getting W10 update but the build is 10600, would that be the RTM version? Since there are only two phones in the market right now, the OS(10586) is heavily optimized for these two. And probably the problems you're facing are the reason of why 720s are not getting the update before 2016...

Of course :) Microsoft has at least 3 months to do it.

and reminder that they say Windows 10 will be keep updated as a service could also be applied on mobile that would be awesome!
