2 major issues....

1) screen becomes unusable

I found workaround (instead of restarting the phone again & again) - press search icon, start icon and back...do repeatedly few times. After lock & unlock, I get working display screen.

2) This is regarding messaging App - If I open any SMS, most of the time, phone hangs and unresponsive. I have to restart the phone.

Any advice to overcome above problems. :unhappysweat:

For number 2 do you have the Skype integration turned on? For me as I don't use skype very often I disabled the integration and no longer have any issues with messaging. It also has noticely increased my battery life.

I tried "Sign out" by clicking on Skype settings with messaging app. Sign out is not working. Please let me know how did you disable Skype within messaging app.

You DON'T have to log out inside Messages app, but inside both Skype and Video skype apps

Thanks lot. It worked. Messaging app is running much better performance now and so far mobile is not hung. And even I am not seeing first issue
