I'm not even getting .29 and all Insider seems to be good for is rebooting my phone. I may hard reset next week when I have time off if MS can't fix this by then.

Yup insiders only, slow and fast rings. I downloaded on my 950 XL. No noticeable changes as of yet. A few apps open a little quicker.

I had to do a hard reset to get the last update, but I am downloading 36 right now on slow ring without having to do anything special

This update is just about bugs and performance. New stuff will start coming again in January. This is the last release this year.
