Its not a bug nor ur phone is defected.. You need to wait .. Even for 6hour... Connect your charger n let the phone do its work... Its not that it's stuck at 0%... Is downloading in background .. It will jump .. Leave the rest to phone to do its stuff ... If still no success... Then soft reset or hard reset... But m sure u won't need those.. Just connect charger n let the phone do it's work .. If any phone who has a memory card installed.. Highly recommended to remove the card and update as there is an migration issue which many can face. .... If anyone is stuck at spinning gears .. Its mainly because of migration bug.. So remove memory card .. Or the ! Exclamation mark technique will help to recover it..

Repeating the process without a micro-sd card does not solve the installation error message.
