I wanted to install an app from store wich is around 130 mb when I received an error saying that my storage is full. When I was checking the storage I saw that system & reserved partiton is 5.87 gb and it used to be around 4 gb.
I don't use my phone so much and I have a few apps installed on it and I don't know why it is filled so much. (I'm using w10m build 10586.36 on lumia 535)

    Sorry for bad english.

Whenever space is an issue, getting an microSD card and moving the apps on there will give you space back. w10m uses more space than WP8.1 so 8GB devices will be more challenged.

5.87GB is a lot, my lumia 1020 is at 3.37GB system and reserved

The suggestion above to move data and apps to sd card is a good one

Another one would be to remove and install apps again as that removes the data they had stored in the phone. Make sure you backup whatsapp before uninstalling
