I installed it on 950XL dual SIM and my Microsoft Display Dock became invisible. Resetting the phone now...
No results, so I used the WDRT. Now updating to the .28 public build from that .11
This build .28 is working. I have to report to MS that their latest build kills the Continuum on their Display Dock.

When it finished installing, did you want about an hour or so before you attempted to use it? Installs are never ready to use so soon after the restart.

They said they fixed Cortana with the Band 2....What a joke... Tried once and it screwed up the text, tried again and ti claimed I could not reach my phone (phone is in my pocket with blue-tooth on less than 1 foot from my watch).

Fixed it my a$$....

Yeah the same is true for me on band 2 and Lumia 950xl

Cortana stopped working on mine as well. I got the same error too that it cannot reach the phone. I unregistered the band, cleared it from BT and uninstalled MS Health and reset the Band. Then installed again step by step and now everything is working. Cortana does work better than before.

L928 w w10m did not work with previous build and was very annoying to have to set screen timeout to never to use it.

what have you tried. I don't want to suggest anything obvious. I have two 950XL's and both working great. Both have latest firmware, one is on .29 and other is on Windows Insider .63. Both are operating very good - faster and more fluid than my 1520 on .63 build.

I'm having the same problems. Seems like old Silverlight based apps aren't loading. Newer ones work fine.

Error (0x80188306) - Still stuck on .29 on 950 XL Single Sim. Cant update to .36 OR .63 - Very annoying. I am really considering get rid of this phone.

I am using single sim version of 950xl and stuck on .29 can't update to .36 or .63 two days before. Then I performed a factory reset using hardware keys combinations ( power+down, down, up, down, power, down). Then I installed the insider and chose the fast ring. Then I got the .63 finally without any error. Hope this method works on your single sim 950xl too...^^
