Anyone get hotspot working in this build? I'm getting the error: "we can't share this internet connection because we can't connect to the cellular network" when I try to turn it on??? Cellular data seems to be working just fine.

Means you have not Internet plan , but only WAP (you can only use data carrier on phone, NOT share it). SO you carrier blocks connection.
Most of carriers ask extra fee or a different plan for Internet sharing. Ask your carrier

The Windows Feedback application on my 950XL single SIM doesn't work. It just crashes back to desktop. it also does not have a program icon, just a blue tile in the main app list. How can I fix this?

Try pushing app via SysApp Pusher, you can find it in Store

I don't agree. The preview program is not a real beta program. It provides access to the latest build. you can call these builds a beta build, this is also why the preview program has been released. If you want more 'beta' stuff, you should switch rings.

Cortana has been useless since updating to wm10! Eberything is bing searches. Cant do reminders or add calenders etc. Any ideas,im in UK

Did you Enabled her for the first time? You must hold tap on Search and follow instruction.
In IT works fine

Is there a way to connect to band again without resetting the phone ? I am using Band 1. I can reset my Band if needed

L-640 DS: Glance, motion Data,Touch, rate Us, Network services not working. It is listed in store to update but when trying to update it gives error.
Even not opening from setting> extras>....

The hotspot worked fine in the last release. This is something new with this build.

I've updated my Lumia 730 to 14295.1000 after update all operations working smoothly except some issues like whenever I tapped on Mobile data screen get freezed also whatsapp not opening stuck on Loading screen. Please suggest if you've any suggestions.

Per the release notes: That app no longer exists. They merged it with the Insider hub. Look for the "Feedback Hub" app that replaced it. Gabe mentioned that the non-functioning app icon is a "known issue". Hope that helps!

No but that was annoying too. I fixed that with that new lockscreen app WC posted. The bug I'm referring to is/was a random issue where there was no number pad to enter your pin. No way to unlock the phone except to cold boot it. I havent seen that yet on this build.

I guess you have dual sim.
Remove the second sim...
