Windows Hello Prevents Setting Time for Lock: me or everyone?

Since one of the later TH builds, Windows Hello prevents setting a lock time. That is, if you hit the lock button, you must enter PIN or Windows Hello to unlock. No option to set a timer (e.g. 3, 5, 15 min).

Anyone on the current RS branch: do you see this behavior too? There are numerous posts in Feedback Hub and I'm surprised/disappointed this bug has not been addressed yet. But since I've not seen any complaints here, I'm wondering if it's a rare bug and some other setting is interfering.

I have that too, I had thought it might be on purpose since when it was there, people got confused and complained that their phone wasn't locking.
