I am on L640 and latest RS build 14342.1003 and this morning MS health got updated and since then I don't see any updates on MS health app its stuck on 8 steps, feels like it lost motion connection, but in motion settings MS health app is still active. Also, on the other note, my battery settings show 80% usage of MS health app in last 6h and battery is draining like crazy 50% in 3h (like most of the insiders on this build). By the way all my old motion data is visible in the app and I tried reinstalling in from the store, tried soft reset as well, nothing helped.
Any thoughts?

The same for me, I just noticed much shorter battery life of my Lumia 930. When I checked, it was almost 97% usage by Microsoft Health working in the background. I've tried to disable the background activity for MSFT Health but the I get no notifications on my band. Something is wrong. Seems like we have to wait for some update of the application...

I can confirm very high battery usage, same app version, but on the TH build .318, Lumia 650 Dual.
Battery settings is showing 90% usage in background for MS Health.
OTOH steps counting is working fine for me.
