Outlook mail doesn't show all mail, doesn't select all, and prompts Calender alerts before crashing

Nokia Lumia 1520 running 14915.1000

Outlook Mail opens up and begins syncing. I'll see the first few emails but as I scroll down, the remaining space is blank.

If I click "Select All", it places a check in ONLY that box next to "Select All" and not in the other subsequent boxes.

It doesn't seem like mail syncs. I clear my inbox via webmail but Outlook doesn't reflect those changes.

This is where a Microsoft Calendar birthday alert will pop up and after clearing the pop up, Outlook Mail crashes.
