Bluetooth playback not working properly in 15014

Bluetooth playback stops when the app playing it either loses focus or the screen turns off. This was not a problem in the last few builds on my idol 4s

Th maps app is still working when its out of focus but groove is not.

Just finished the update, so far so good. Bluetooth appears to work- like the new BT listing by category!

Groove is the only audio app I have that's actually working properly in the background on this build. The Podcasts and TuneIn apps are hit and miss over both Bluetooth and wired outputs. It seems completely random too...sometimes Bluetooth will work, sometimes it won't. Sometimes wired will work, sometimes it won't. If there's something triggering the bad behavior, I haven't found it. These last 3 builds have been pretty terrible for me, even by Fast Ring standards (and yes, I've done hard resets), so I hope the next build sorts out some of these (not-so-)little issues.
