0x80070273

I am in a Unique situation where I am on Mobile build 15063.2 and hit the 2 bugs of:
1) Every time I try to update I get 0x80070273
2) Add a Bluetooth device I get Couldn't connect

Meaning I can't update or add bluetooth devices at the moment.

I understand the most straight forward fix for this is to WDRT my device (Lumia 928) back to 8.1 and fast ring past 15063 to a current build.
What I don't know is, will I still experience the update error of 0x80070273 on a current build (say 15226).
Has anyone who experienced the 80070273 error had luck with fast ring past 15063 or will this just continue on every build.

For those who still need a solution for the 80070273 error during update, go to xda site, section windows 10 mobile, there is a thread about this problem and the solution!
