Here we go. I don't like how "Viather" app is kinda not fit for win10, but it gives me the best forecast..
Any suggestions for the weather app that looks pretty in full scale?
Also, Am I the only one who HATES that smiley face on messages? Like, it's so cringe.. Is there ANY way to change it (except making it smaller)?

I think the transparency tiles are not implemented correctly. Instead of increasing/decreasing the transparency level, we should be able to increase/decrease blurryness level. This way, you would have different options: completely transparent tiles (which in most cases look weird unless you pin less than 5 apps on the startscreen), normal transparency and the more you move the cursor, the blurrier it gets. Why? To keep the image in the background distinguishable without disturbing the legibility of the screen. It would look more polished/refined than then basic transparency we have at the moment. Depending on the image you put in the background, you have to sacrifice either legibility or looks. A little bit like what was done in this concept by Moises David Perez Naranjo:

After a while, I find that the basic transparency effect is boring and does not serve its purpose well: adding more pop to the startscreen while being classy/sober. That's just MY opinion of course. I know that other people like to pin everything on the startscreen they are totally fine with it. ;)

I turned that feature off the moment it showed up. I want to actually be able to READ the live tiles, not muddy the view with images. Solid color live ties, period. Clean, organized, very readable.

Here is mine. I really can't do anything pretty with the full background picture so I stick with the tiles

Here's an excellent tip to make any background look good on your Windows 10 Mobile start screen. Use the tool provided in the OS and BLUR THE ENTIRE IMAGE. It makes it look excellent behind the live tiles. You're welcome.

I think this thread has shown just how much W10m users enjoy the flexibility in Start screen customizations while still remaining true to WP. I would like the ability to take it just a little bit further.

I would like to see a robust Start screen customization app that allows for custom live tiles based on an app's abilities (i.e. Custom headlines/story content and arrangement on the News app live tile). Also, have the ability to pick each tile's opacity or colour setting (for those that like W8 tiles) rather than a blanket setting for all tiles.

I think this request is too much for Microsoft to handle and would be best suited for a third party developer - hint, hint :)
