Windows 10 Mobile hotspot feature is turning off randomly, how can I stop this?

Windows 10 Mobile hotspot feature is turned off randomly

1. Upgrade to Windows 10 build 10240 (RTM version)
2. Insert SIM card and connect to network
3. Turn on Mobile hotspot
4. Connect a phone to Mobile hotspot (via Wi-Fi connection)
5. Do the internet data transmission on phone via Mobile hotspot
6. Sometimes the Mobile hotspot feature is automatically turned off and the phone is disconnected from the internet

My 920 on W10 10166 just started turning off it's hotspot feature. Never did it before but now I figured out it turns off when screen goes off so I have turned off screen sleep and left it plugged in.
No idea why it suddenly started doing this or how to get it back to being able to be a hot spot with screen off so any tips appreciated.
