I was wondering if there is some way to stream music from my Windows 10 PC to my Windows Phone. I believe you have to use DLNA to do that, but I don't know any apps able to do it. I don't want to use OneDrive or any other cloud service. Any ideas?

Hi - I have this working with my 930 on Windows Phone 8.1, I am trying to see if it works on Windows Phone 10 but currently have an issue with downloading the app from the store, it may work for you as I have had intermittent store issues with lots of apps.
I have Mezzmo media server on my PC, and Smart Player on my phone. From the phone I can see and play all the music and playlists in the Mezzmo library. Mezzmo is from Conceiva and is a really good DLNA server.

The thing is that Smart Player doesn't install on my phone - I get error 0x80073CF9.

I don't want to upload my whole library to OneDrive (it's over 80 GB, so I don't even have enough space), plus I just need to use it at home (I use a conventional mp3 player when "in the wild"), so DLNA would be the best way to go.

^ I get your point, just make sure you've really considered all your options:

1.99 / month for 100 GB
2.99 / month for 200 GB
6.99 / month for 1 TB + Office 365

With a Groove Music Pass you'd get not only MS' music streaming service but also 100 GB of extra space on OneDrive, which would solve your space problem without paying extra for space on OneDrive. Plus, the service is OS independent, meaning the apps to access these services are available everywhere (Windows, WM, iOS and Android).

Whatever you do, good luck!
