Windows 10 Mobile Tablet?

Ok from reading what this forum thread should be about, here is the question:

Is there a Tablet released with Windows 10 Mobile (not Phone, not Phablet, Not Windows 10 x86/x64, Not Windows RT 8.x), but a Windows 10 Mobile tablet?

(Owner of a Surface RT, 2, and Pro 2, which two have Windows RT 8.1 and the last has Windows 10 Pro (x64))...

The reason I ask is I want to see what their new Windows 10 Mobile (not Phone or Phablet) looks like...

If there is not one what would be your dream specifications to meet this?

There is supposed to be a 7in tablet coming with Win10M. We should here some stuff at IFA.

So as it has not been released what would you want in this 7 inch package?

For me a FULL HD 1080P display, small bezel so the screen takes all the space, two speakers (Dolby or Beats), dual cameras (8x or better, front/back), full sensors (gyroscope, gps, light ambient, touch, digitizer - pen), 8G of memory (16G would be preferred), 32G or 64G of MMC or SSD, MicroSD support, USB (2.x or 3.x or c, mini/full don't care), wireless charging (like HP webOS Touchpad), NFC, 4G LTE/ WiFi... Cover could be keyboard/mouse like surface as an accessory... same with pen... In-Box would be tablet and USB cable for charging (wall wart, can be extra)... Would price it at $60 US or less?
