Windows Phone 10 - Keyboard English - text suggestions requires download

Under Language - Keyboard/Predictive Text/Text Suggestions are only available after a download. However you cant download the update. It mentions "attention required". I have found the answer once before but unfortunately cannot find the thread any longer. I believe there is a simple setting that needs altering before the Language can be updated for Predictive Text. Can anyone help?

There were some problem after the latest update but it was fixed in meantime? You should try to remove insider app, reinstall, resignin, rejoin fast ring and than try to get keyboard pack again...

Hi thanks for the info. Basically I hadn't reloaded the Windows Insider application. I think it is very strange that you need this for predictive text but never the less thank you
