Why am I unable to open the App Store on Windows 10 Mobile build 10536?

I'm unable to open App Store on Windows 10 Mobile build 10536 ?

When I open the app store, the splash screen comes up loading and then just closes.

Also I'm unable to install next build's which have come up. I have Windows Insider installed on fast ring and when i try to update in settings it shows up to date.

Anyone facing same issues. Pls help me with fix.

I tried hard reset still not use.

Go back to 8.1 and update to 10572 if you are really desperate
